SUMMARY OF CRASH: On 9/16/16 at approximately 1515 hours VSP responded to a
report of a motor vehicle crash that occurred at the intersection of VT RT 313
West and School St. within the Town of Arlington.  IT was learned that V#1, who
was turning on to VT RT 313 W from School St. had pulled out in front of V#2
that was traveling east on VT RT 313 W.  V#2 was unable to stop or avoid V#1,
which struck V#1 in the front driver's side corner panel.  V#1 received damage
to its front end.  Neither operator was injured.  Op#1 was at fault for not
yielding right a way to V#2.
