SUMMARY OF CRASH:

 

On August 14, 2016 at approximately 1238 hours Vermont State Police responded to a report of a two car collision in the town of Wells River, Vermont, in front of the Chevrolet dealer. Upon investigation it was determined that Cody Fellows became distracted while traveling eastbound and crossed over into the westbound lane of travel, causing a head on collision with Robert Fournier. Kaya Keith, a passenger of Fellows was transported to Cottage hospital for treatment of head trauma sustained in the collision.
