SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: 

On Wednesday, August 31, 2016, at approximately 14:30 hrs, Nathan Abbott was arrested for Violating Conditions of Release after being observed at a convenience store in Chelsea. Abbott currently has a 24 hour curfew as part of his conditions. Abbott was cited to appear before the Superior Court of Vermont, Criminal Division, Orange County on October 12, 2016 at 08:30 hrs.
