ACCUSED: Sherry Vukoder

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Addison, VT

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On August 11, 2016 members of VSP New Haven Barracks responded to the Jolley in Ferrisburgh to take the report of larceny from a cancer survivor donation jar. Clear and convincing evidence was found and recovered from the store. Vukoder had taken an undetermined amount of cash from a donation jar for cancer survivors. Vukoder was then located, and interviewed.

On August 12 Vukoder was cited for the charge of Title 13 VSA 2502, Petit Larceny, she will appear in Addison Superior Court on September 19, 2016 to answer the charge of Petit Larceny.
