SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 08-29-16 at approximately 2120h the Vermont State Police received information that Jamie C. Mundy, his significant other, Meagan M. Huttle and their young child were participating in recreational off roading in the area of County Road in the Town of Pownal, had become stuck and were now stranded. With the combined efforts with the Pownal Fire Department, an expedient response was conducted and Mundy and his family were located and escorted out of the woods without injuries or incident.
