SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:  On this date and approximate time, the VT State Police encountered a disabled tractor trailer pulled off the side of the road that had one of the trailer wheels smoking lightly.  The incident shut down one lane of travel on the southbound side for approximately 1.5 hours while the Milton Fire Department and a roadside assistance service responded and remedied the issue with the wheel. Due to the time of day and location of the incident, no traffic delays were encountered.  The trailer was removed without incident.
