SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On August 21, 2016 the Vermont State Police received a report of a male subject attempting to force entry into a residence. Upon arrival, the accused was located and found to be intoxicated. Following investigation it was determined that the accused had driven his motor vehicle to the residence while impaired, and violated his conditions of release. The accused provided a Preliminary Breath Test (PBT) at the residence which indicated his BAC was a 0.162%. Subsequently the accused was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and Violation of Conditions, he was then transported to the barracks for processing.
