DESCRIPTION OF VEHICLE: Black Toyota Pickup Truck

 

INJURIES: Abrasion to scalp.

 

SUMMARY OF CRASH: On 08/21/16, at approximately 2238 hours, members of the Vermont State Police responded to a single vehicle crash on VT Route 12, in the Village of Ascutney in Weathersfield. It was later determined that Daniel L. Davis, 22, of Springfield, Vermont was the operator of the Black Toyota Pickup Truck involved in the crash. Investigation revealed that Davis lost control of the vehicle after he came to a corner and his vehicle hydroplaned due to the wet road. Davis was transported to Claremont Valley Regional Hospital to be treated for his injuries. 

 

Golden Cross Ambulance Inc. and Ascutney Volunteer Fire Station assisted at the scene.
