SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 08/10/16 at approximately 2214 hours, members of the Vermont State Police responded to a single vehicle crash on Guilford Center Road, in the town of Guilford. Upon arrival, members learned there was no crash but rather the driver front tire of a black Dodge Ram pickup truck had blown off. Timothy C. Racine, 45, of Marlboro, VT was identified as the operator of the vehicle, which was parked on the eastbound travel portion lane. Investigation revealed that Racine was operating his motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. Racine provided a preliminary sample of his breath which revealed a Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC) of .10%. Subsequently, Racine was taken into custody and processed for DUI. Racine was issued a citation to appear in Windham Superior Court Criminal Division on August 23, 2016. Members from Rods Towing assisted at the scene.
