SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

                On August 10, 2016 at 0038 hours the Vermont State Police responded to a report of a family fight at the Allen residence on Outback Road in Fairfax, VT.  The subsequent criminal investigation yielded Curtis Allen as the abuser of his girlfriend who sustained several bruises and abrasions as a result of the altercation.  In a written statement provided to the Vermont State Police by the girlfriend it was learned that she ultimately escaped from the residence through a bedroom window after Allen had grabbed her by the head and ripped out multiple clumps of hair all while throwing her around the residence. Allen was placed under arrest for Domestic Assault and transported to the St. Albans Barracks for processing.  At the conclusion of the processing Allen was lodged on $3,000.00 bail at the Norwest Correctional Facility.
