SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On 08/25/2016, at approximately 1821 hours, VSP Middlesex received a call from a

resident of 854 W Woodbury Rd, Woodbury, VT. The caller reported that

Wallace-Senft was on her property despite an active No Trespass Order. Upon

arrival, Troopers met with Wallace-Senft who was still on scene. Troopers

attempted to take Wallace-Senft into custody but he resisted. Troopers

ultimately took Wallace-Senft into custody. He was transported to the Middlesex

State Police Barracks for processing and lodged at Chittenden County

Correctional Center on $300.00. He is scheduled to appear in Washington

Superior Court - Criminal Division on 08/26/2016.
