SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On 08/28/16, at 1049 hours, John Renfrew of Newbury, VT, contacted the Vermont State Police to report a theft of milled lumber from his property. Renfrew said this occurred sometime between 1300 hrs, on 08/25/16 and 1000 hrs, 08/28/16.

 

Renfrew said approximately 2000 board feet of milled cherry and spruce lumber was taken with various widths of 4", 8" and 12". Renfrew said the lengths varied from 8 and 10 feet with a thickness of 1 inch. Renfrew advised the lumber was cut with a band saw so it would be very recognizable by the grain.
