VIOLATION: Violation of an abuse prevention order (2 counts), Driving while
intoxicated #2.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On August 17, 2016 at approximately 0936 hours VSP
Williston Troopers responded to the report of a relief from abuse order violation
in the Town of Huntington. The defendant in the matter, Terrance M. Feloney
arrived to the plaintiff's residence, knocked on the door, and attempted to make
entry into the plaintiff's home.


Troopers responded and upon arrival came into contact with Feloney in the
driveway of the residence. During the investigation it was found that Feloney
was in violation of an abuse prevention order preventing contact at the
plaintiff's residence. The investigation also revealed that Feloney was
intoxicated and had driven to the residence in his Jeep prior to VSP arrival.

Feloney provided a roadside preliminary breath test and his results were .160%


Feloney was taken into custody and transported to VSP Williston for processing.
Feloney was subsequently transported to Chittenden District Court on August 17th
to be arraigned on the above charges. Troopers were assisted at the call by
Richmond P.D. as well as Hinesburg P.D.
