SUMMARY OF CRASH:

On August 22, 2016 at approximately 3:50AM Vehicle#1 was being operated south on Route 100 in the Town of Stockbridge. The vehicle went off the left side of the road and collided with a group of trees.  The 17 year old female operator was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash and sustained non- life threatening injuries.

A preliminary breath test indicated the Operator's blood alcohol concentration to be .067%.  The Operator was issued a Vermont Civil Violation Complaint for a person under the age of twenty one operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration above .02%.
