SUMMARY OF CRASH: On 08/16/16 at approximately 1145 hours, State Police

responded to a single vehicle crash near the residence located at 7166 South

Wheelock Road in Wheelock, VT. Rachel Petzoldt, 17, of Westfield, VT was traveling

East when she lost control of her vehicle and left the roadway. Petzoldt damaged

the lawn, mailbox post and decorative bushes located at the above address.

Petzoldt was wearing her seatbelt and was not injured in the crash, her vehicle

sustained minor damage.
