DESCRIPTION OF VEHICLE: 1999 Dodge Caravan

DAMAGE TO VEHICLE: Moderate driver's side and roof

SUMMARY OF CRASH: On 08/09/16 at approximately 0126 hours, State Police responded to a single vehicle roll over on Interstate 91 near mile marker 107.4 north bound. Debra Libby (49) of Whitefield, NH was traveling north and swerved to avoid hitting a deer and lost control of her vehicle. Libby's vehicle a 1999 Dodge Caravan left the east side of the interstate and rolled over. Libby and four other passengers were wearing their seatbelts. Libby suffered a minor head injury and was transported to Cottage Hospital for treatment. Libby's vehicle was towed from the scene due to the damage.
