SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 08/10/2016 at approximately 0800 hours, Vermont State

Police responded to an active domestic occurring on Main Street in Concord.

Subsequent to the investigation, Trisha Belliveau, 25, of Concord, was arrested

for 1st Degree Aggravated Domestic Assault and held at the Northeast Regional

Correctional Facility (NERCF) in Saint Johnsbury. Belliveau had been released

from prison on a conditional re-entry furlough status for two prior Domestic

Assault convictions as well as a conviction for 2nd Degree Aggravated Domestic

Assault.
