VIOLATION: False Information to a Police Officer (FIPO)

 

ACCUSED: Martinio Bailey

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Claremont, NH

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On August 20, 2016, at approximately 1813 hours, Vermont State Police were

conducting speed enforcement when a grey Toyota Camry was clocked traveling at

90 MPH in a posted 65 MPH zone. Troopers stopped the vehicle and attempted to

identify the operator. The operator initially provided a false name to the

Troopers and later verbally identified himself as Martinio Bailey of Claremont,

NH. Bailey was taken into custody and transported to the Williston State Police

Barracks for processing. Bailey was later released on citation for the charge of

providing false information to a police officer.
