VICTIM: Juvenile

AGE: 12

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:  On 08/02/2016 at approximately 1400 hours, Troopers took a report from a 12-year-old juvenile female who stated that while visiting her father’s house, her father’s girlfriend “Jennifer” had bought and provided her with alcohol.  The juvenile also stated that she had been provided with marijuana on multiple occasions at the same residence.

After some investigation, Troopers were able to identify and locate Jennifer Hartson, 34 of Orleans.  She was cited for suspicion of Furnishing Alcohol to a Minor.  The juvenile was issued alcohol diversion program paperwork, and a report was filed with DCF.
