SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On Friday August 12, 2016 at approximately 0940 am hours. Vermont State
Police stopped a Blue, 2012, Subaru, Impreza for traveling 109 MPH on Interstate
89 South in the area of MM 17. The operator was identified as Michael Duell of
Bolton Vermont. Duell was arrested and cited to appear in the Superior Court of
Vermont Criminal Division on September 13, 2016 at 0800. To answer to the charge of Excessive Speed.
