SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On August 14, 2016, at approximately 1515 hours, members of the Vermont State Police assigned to the Rutland Barracks, were notified of a domestic disturbance in the area of Meadow Street, Proctor, Vermont. Investigation revealed that a party involved, Daniel Rabtoy, was found to be in violation of a Final Relief from Abuse Order, as well as multiple violations of pre-trial conditions of release through contact.  Rabtoy was subsequently taken into custody and transported to the State Police Barracks in Rutland Town for processing. Rabtoy was lodged at the Marble Valley Correctional Center for lack of $5,000.00 cash or surety bond for the aforementioned offenses.
