SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: State Police observed the accused Mitsibishi Eclipse pull

traveling at similar speeds. State Police followed the vehicle onto Crocker Rd, a dirt road,
where the vehicle continued at a high rate of speed, 70-80mph. State Police lost the
vehicle at Kingsbury and Crocker  Rd but reacquired it at VT 14 and Kingsbury

onto Post Farm Rd. State Police eventually caught up to the vehicle after it had
turned onto a tractor path off of Post Farm Rd. State Police identified the operator
