Arrest in Jamaica, Violation of court conditions

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On August 2, 2016 Vermont State Police responded to the Rawsonville store for

a report of an intoxicated man, who was later determined to be David E. Mears

of Manchester Vermont.  It was determined that Mr. Mears was in violation of his

conditions of release, due to his consumption of alcohol.  Mr. Mears was

arrested and lodged at the Southern State Correctional Facility due to being

intoxicated and will be held until he is sober. Mr. Mears is ordered to appear

in Windham court on August 9, 2016.
