VIOLATION: Aggravated operation without consent of owner

 

ACCUSED: Ronald Dusablon

AGE: 32

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Swanton, VT

 

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On July 21, 2016 at approximately 1030 hrs, Normand Lussier (age 72) of Swanton, VT came to the VSP Barracks to report that his truck was stolen by Ronald Dusablon (age 32). Lussier was out of state for five days, and upon his return he found his truck broken down on a residence on Dunsmore Rd. in St. Albans Town.  Witnesses reported that Dusablon had the truck towed there after mechanical issues and damages which lead to it breaking down.  Dusablon’s whereabouts were initially unknown. He was later located at Northwest State Correctional Facility after being lodged by P&P for a separate parole violation. He was issued a citation to appear in the VT Superior Court on 08-22-16 for Aggravated OOC (Title 23 VSA 1094).
