SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: State police investigated a report of a family fight in the Town of Addison. While responding to the call, State Police located the accused on VT RT 17 in the Town of New Haven. The accused was found to have violated his court ordered conditions of release. The accused was arrested and transported to the New Haven barracks for booking.  The accused was released on conditions and citation to appear in Addison County criminal court.
