DAMAGE TO VEHICLE: Damage to the front end and undercarriage

SUMMARY OF CRASH: State Police investigation revealed that Kill was driving west on Shaker Hill Road at approximately 30MPH. Kill was distracted by his cell phone and drove off of the road. Kill’s vehicle traveled down an embankment and collided with several trees. State Police issued Kill a traffic ticket for operating a motor vehicle on a public highway while using a hand held electronic device.
