SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 07-06-16, at approximately 1535 hours, State Police initiated a traffic stop on Interstate 89 (Northbound) near mile marker 109.2, Georgia for a vehicle traveling a 112 MPH in a posted 65 MPH zone.  The operator of the vehicle was identified as Nicholas Hydon (19) of St. Albans.  Hydon was issued a citation to appear in the Franklin County Court on 08-22-16 for Careless & Negligent Operation of a Motor Vehicle.
