SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On 07-29-16, at approximately 1813 hours, State Police initiated a traffic stop of a vehicle on Interstate 89 (northbound), near mile marker 109, Georgia for travelling 120 MPH in a posted 65 MPH zone. The operator, Trevor Spedden was issued a citation to appear in the Franklin County Court on 08-29-16 for Careless & Negligent Operation of a Motor Vehicle.
