SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On 07-25-16, at approximately 1048 hours, State Police initiated a traffic stop on Interstate 89 (southbound) near mile marker 100, Milton.  The operator was identified as Michael Audette who had a criminally suspended license in the State of Vermont. Audette was issued a citation to appear in the Franklin County Court on 08-22-16 for Driving License Suspended.
