SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On July 20, 2016 at 0434 hours Vermont State Police were

dispatched to an attempted theft of a vehicle on Cookeville Rd in Corinth.

Troopers arrived and learned that a male subject went into a truck parked at

Ryan Dodge's residence. The male attempted to drive away, hit a stone wall and

got stuck. The male took off on foot after being approached by Dodge. Please
