SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On July 2, 2016 at 0908 hours Vermont State Police

responded to a reported burglary in Topsham. Troopers arrived and learned that

Wayne Johnston broke in to Kevin Fahey's house. Johnston did not take anything

but was previously informed that he could not enter the property. Johnston was

issued a citation to answer the charge of unlawful trespass at Orange County

Superior Court on August 3, 2016.
