VIOLATION: 2nd Degree Domestic Assault

                         

 

ACCUSED:  Justin Peck

AGE: 30

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Waterbury, VT

 

Victim: The Vermont State Police does not release the names of victims of sexual assault or domestic violence.

 

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On July 24th, 2016, at approximately 1006 hours, Vermont State Police responded to a reported domestic assault in Waterbury.  After speaking with the people involved, it was discovered that Justin Peck had shoved another resident, causing them to fall back and hit their head on a table.  Peck was arrested for domestic assault and transported to the Middlesex State Police Barracks for processing.  He was scheduled to appear in Washington County Superior Court-Criminal Division on July 25th, 2016, to answer to the charge of 2nd degree domestic assault.
