SUMMARY OF CRASH:

 

On 7.28.16 at approximately 1717 hours Vermont State Police Responded to a motor vehicle crash involving 2 vehicles. It was relayed that one of the vehicles left the scene.

 

Investigation has revealed that the vehicle that left the scene was a gold or tan late 1980s- early 1990's Ford truck possibly a F150 with a Vermont Registration plate. The body style was the older box looking style. The rear of the truck has heavy damage. The spare tire was left at the scene and the tailgate is heavily damaged. Also there were several Budweiser cans scattered about the scene. The truck continued eastbound on Route 36.

 

The other vehicle, 2016 White Kia Forte, involved was driven by Nathan Remillard, 27 of Cambridge, VT. Remillard was transported to Northwest Medical Center for unknown injuries. There were no other occupants in this vehicle.

 

The truck pulled out of the Fairfield Market in front of Remillard causing the crash. The investigation is still currently ongoing.
