SUMMARY OF CRASH:

 

On 07/28/2016 at approximately 5:14 PM, Michael Goodwin was headed west on Brandon Mountain Rd in Rochester.  A deer entered the roadway from the south side of the road, Goodwin swerved to avoid the deer, causing Goodwin to lose control of his vehicle.  Goodwin left the north side of the roadway and the vehicle tipped onto its passenger side.  Goodwin was not injured in the crash and the vehicle was towed from the scene.
