SUMMARY OF CRASH:

At 7/26/16 at 2:33 State Police along with fire and rescue responded to the report of a single vehicle rollover in the area of mile marker 58 northbound interstate 91 in the town of Weathersfield.  Investigation revealed that the operator, victor Rosario of Ascutney VT fell asleep and drove off the roadway. Mr. Rosario and his passenger Kayla Sawtelle were transported to Ascutney Hospital and treated for their injuries.  Mr. Rosario was found to be operating while under suspension in New Hampshire.  Mr Rosario received a ticket for operating without a license in Vermont.  R and K towing removed the vehicle from the scene.
