LOCATION: Interstate 91, mile marker 13 southbound, Town of Dummerston, VT

VIOLATION: Excessive Speed and Negligent Operation

 

ACCUSED:  Frank Dubiel                                                     

AGE: 32

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE:  Winchester, NH

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 07/17/2016 at approximately 1509 hours, members of the Vermont State Police Brattleboro barracks were conducting speed enforcement in the area of mile marker 13 southbound on Interstate 91 in Dummerston using hand held laser speed measurement devise. While monitoring traffic, a 2011 Ford Fusion operated by Frank Dubiel was clocked traveling at 111 miles per hour in the posted 65 miles per hour zone. Dubiel was stopped, taken into custody and transported to the Brattleboro Barracks for processing. Dubiel was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division to answer to the charge of Excessive Speed and Negligent Operation on 08/23/2016.
