VIOLATION: DLS Criminal – 5th offense or more

 

ACCUSED: James LACOMB                                     

AGE: 35

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Brattleboro, VT

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On 07/07/16 at approximately 1951 hours, a member of the Vermont State Police on a DUI enforcement detail conducted a motor vehicle stop of a vehicle on Canal Street in Brattleboro for displaying a counterfeit inspection sticker. During the roadside investigation, it was determined that the operator of the vehicle, James Lacomb was under criminal suspension for a DUI conviction.

 

Lacomb was taken into custody and transported to the Brattleboro barracks for processing. After processing, Lacomb was issued a citation to appear in the Vermont Superior Court Windham Criminal Division on 08/23/2016 to answer to the charge of DLS Criminal, 5th offense or more. Lacomb was also issued VCVC’s for no insurance and for a counterfeit inspection sticker.
