SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On July 19, 2016 Troopers from the New Haven barracks

conducted a conditions of release compliance check in the town of Middlebury,

VT. It was at this time that Brandon Yandow was found to not be in compliance

with his conditions of release. Yandow was located  and released on a citation to appear at Addison District Court to answer the charge of Violation of Conditions of Release on July 20, 2016.
