ACCUSED: David Curran                                                               

AGE: 18

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Woburn, MA

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 7/9/2016 at approximately 10:24 am Vermont State Police responded to Smugglers Notch Resort for a report of a theft which had occurred during the overnight hours.  Electronics were reportedly stolen from a parked vehicle.

 

Through the course of the investigation Troopers spoke with Curran who was found to be in possession of several stolen items as well as narcotics. 

 

Curran was processed at the State Police barracks in Williston and held at Chittenden Regional Correctional Center for lack of $5000 bail.   He is scheduled to be arraigned on 7/11/2016 in Lamoille County Superior Court.
