SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On 07/17/2016, a member of the Vermont State Police stopped a vehicle traveling westbound on VT RT 9 in Marlboro for a moving violation.  The operator, Mr. Christopher Jonathan Ross, 32 of Wilmington, was found to have consumed alcohol and was administered field sobriety exercises.  Mr. Ross submitted to a Preliminary Breath Test (PBT) which resulted in a reading of .081% BrAC and was subsequently arrested for Driving Under the Influence (DUI).  Mr. Ross was processed for DUI at the Vermont State Police barracks in Brattleboro.  Mr. Ross was released on a citation to appear in the Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division for arraignment on September 20, 2016 at 8:00 am.
