SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:


On July 2, 2016 at 11:55PM Jason Washburn was stopped by Vermont State Police for failure to signal.  During the stop Troopers observed signs of possible  impairment.

Washburn provided a preliminary breath sample which indicated his blood alcohol concentration to be .166%. Washburn was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Royalton State Police Barracks where he was processed for DUI#2.

Washburn was released on a citation to appear in Windsor Superior Court; Criminal Division on July 19, 2016 to answer to the charge of DUI#2.
