SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On 7/3/2016 at approximately 1900 hrs Vermont State Police received a report of a vehicle driving erratically on Interstate 89 in the town of Williston.  Troopers stopped the vehicle on Rte 2A, Williston.  The operator was identified as Kimberly Post.  She was accompanied by a 3 year old passenger.

 

Investigation determined Post was driving under the influence of alcohol.   A preliminary breath sample was not obtained.  Post was processed for DUI #2 and Cruelty to a Child at the State Police barracks in Williston.   She is scheduled to appear in Chittenden County Superior Court on 7/21/2016.
