SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 7-22-16, Troopers from the Royalton Barracks observed a vehicle traveling at 90 mph on VT Route 107 in Royalton. Troopers stopped the vehicle and took Hosmer into custody for negligent operation and excessive speed.
