ACCUSED: Jeffrey Leduc

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Charlotte, VT

 

VICTIM: (The Vermont State Police does not release the names of victims of

sexual assault or domestic violence.)

 

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: 

On 7/29/2016 Vermont State Police received a report that Jeffrey Leduc was

actively violating his court ordered conditions of release.  These conditions

stemmed from a previous incident involving a domestic partner. 

After several attempts to locate him, Leduc was arrested without incident at 45

Tenney's Mews, Charlotte.  

Leduc was transported to the Chittenden Regional Correctional Center where he

was held for lack of $1,000 bail.   He is scheduled to be arraigned on August 1,

2016 in Chittenden Superior Court.
