Subject: [MEDIANORTH] Interstate 89 SB delays near exit 16

VT State Police in Williston currently have the southbound passing lane of Interstate 89 at the Blakely Rd overpass in Colchester north of exit 16 shut down due to a steel cable hanging down off the overpass into the travel portion of the roadway.  Motorists should expect delays in this area as VTrans works to remove the cable.

An updated press release will be sent out once the cable has been removed.
