Driving License Suspended 1st Arrest

VIOLATION:Driving License Suspended

ACCUSED:Joseph Mosher                                                                           
AGE:32
CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE:Lyndonville, VT

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: State Police stopped Mosher's 2010 silver Chevy Malibu for
traveling left of center. During the stop Mosher and VT DMV indicated that
Mosher was criminally suspended reference a DUI conviction and a pending DUI.
Mosher was processed at VSP Royalton for Driving License Suspended 1st and than
released on citation to appear in Windsor Superior Court on August 30, 2016.
