ACCUSED: Roberto Seals                                                             

AGE: 42

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Orleans, VT

 

VICTIM:  VSP does not release the names of victims of domestic violence.

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:  On 07/26/2016 at approximately 2045 hours, Troopers

responded to a citizen dispute on School St. and Cottage St. in the town of Orleans.  Investigation

revealed that during the incident, Roberto Seals of Orleans, VT did cause to be harassed a

female victim in violation of his court ordered conditions of release, and who he is accused of previously

assaulting in a separate incident.  Seals was placed under arrest and transported to the VSP Derby barracks where

he was booked and transported to the Northern State Correctional Facility.  He is held for lack of $1,500.00 bail.
