SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On 07/06/2016, Troopers from the St. Johnsbury barracks, responded to a report

of a suspicious incident occurring at the victims address, located on Ave. A, in

the Mt. Pleasant Trailer Park. Upon arrival, several witness reported that the

accused and another male enter a shed on the victims property and removed

several items. The accused allegedly threatened the witness, by saying he would

return with a chain and hit the witnesses if they called the police. The accused

was found hiding in a boat at his residence, with several items he allegedly

took from the victims. The accused was taken into custody and processed without

incident. The accused was issued a criminal citation, to appear in Caledonia

Criminal Court, on 08/08/2016, to answer a criminal charge of burglary.

 

This case is currently active and further charges and arrests are pending.
