AGE: 49

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Fairfax, VT

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On 25 June 2016 at approximately 1934 hours Vermont State Police at the St. Albans Barracks were on Patrol in Franklin County. VSP discovered a 2 vehicle crash at the 4-corners in the town Fairfield.

 

Subsequent investigation revealed that one operator, Kimberly Isham, was Criminally Suspended. She was issued a citation to appear in Franklin County District Court on 1 August 2016 at 1300 hours to answer to the charge.

 

The second operator, Amy Stone, was under the influence of alcohol and provided a breath sample of .218%. Stone was placed under arrest and brought back to the barracks for processing. She was issued a citation to appear in Franklin County District Court on 25 July 2016 at 1300 hours to answer to the charges of DUI#2, Cruelty to a child, and Careless and negligent operation.

 

Both vehicle had minors in the vehicles.
