SUMMARY OF CRASH: On 6/25/16 at approximately 1149 hours Troopers responded to a two vehicle collision on us Route 5 at the junction of Depot Street in Burke. Upon arriving at the scene Lyndon Rescue and Burke Fire Department were treating the passengers of Keith Brown’s vehicle. All passengers were transported to NVRH with non-life threatening injuries.  An initial investigation revealed that Evan Humphrey was traveling north on Route 5 and attempted to turn left into Mikes Gas in Burke. Humphrey did not observe Keith Brown’s vehicle traveling south and turned in front, causing the collision. This collision continues to be investigated.
